A Safe Space for You - Fundraiser for Ukraine

This is an interactive workshop via zoom in which you can actively participate. 

First you look for a place in your living room or even better a room that you can make your personal retreat. I'll give you tips on how to do this, for example in tight spaces, and answer all your questions about it. I also explain why such a retreat is so important for you and your other roommates. 

After that we will install a safe place for you in a meditation. This is your personal inner place of power, to which you can always return in turbulent times to find clarity, calm and peace. At the same time, we activate your inner helpers, which you can also fall back on at any time when external events challenge you.

You'll also get a tool that you can use anytime you feel a particular fear is blocking you. 

At the end, everyone who likes will send peace energy to Ukraine together in a meditation and thus strengthen the energy field for peace together. For you and all the affected people in Ukraine.

I will donate 20% of the proceeds to Caritas, which helps people on site. With your participation, you can also help to alleviate the suffering of those affected.
