peace meditation

We meet for about 30-45 minutes for a meditation together, in which we meditate for peace in Ukraine, but also for peace for ourselves. The larger the group,   the more powerful the meditation will be - so come along too! 

You will receive a handout with background knowledge for your own use as well as 3 different peace meditations that you can use for yourself or in a group. A meditation is specially designed for children.
